When will I receive the workers?
Depending on your needs, we deliver available candidates right after your request is confirmed.
Who pays the employees’ salaries?
Depends on the type of collaboration:
- Permanent Staffing: You, the hiring company, pay the salaries directly under an employment contract with the selected candidate. We handle recruitment and delivery.
- Temporary Staffing: Salaries are managed by us, Universal Careers Agency. You pay an agreed rate per worker, and we handle payments and admin.
How does the commission work?
Payment is made only after the candidate starts work.
The commission is a one-time fee, agreed in advance - no hidden costs.
Can I replace an employee if they don’t fit?
Yes. You have a replacement guarantee. If the employee doesn’t adapt within the first 30 days, we replace them free of charge.
